Learning a set of beginner guitar chords is one of the first hurdles an aspiring guitarist needs to get over. Most lists or charts of beginner chords contain about 8 to 10 basic major and minor chords. Going beyond this core group of chords, I've developed a set of six chord charts that comprise a set of about 40 chords for beginners.
